  • Lead and develop design drawings and technical specifications from lighting concepts
  • Develop other technical drawings for submission
  • Design suitable control platform and lighting schematic
  • In charge a variety of lighting simulations as well as organize mockup exercises to verify lighting effects
  • Generate technical proposals for total lighting solutions and support project team in diverse lighting projects
  • Liaise with customers, lighting suppliers and contractors for technical issues


  • Higher diploma or above in architecture, design, engineering or related discipline
  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in lighting consultants/integrators or field application with experience in handling technical lighting problems is preferred
  • Good logical thinking and analytical mind
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills
  • Strong Software skills (e.g. AutoCAD, DIALux, Photoshop, 3ds Max, MS Office, Control Programming, etc.)
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin


  • Take overall responsibility for the strategic product management goals of the company and implement action items to ensure that those goals are achieved
  • Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers
  • Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost mode
  • Assist in implementing supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions
  • Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
  • Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities
  • Maintain and develop supplier relationships (trade shows, supplier meetings, conferences, etc.)
  • Participate in establishing short-term and long range planning and budget development of the company to support strategic business goals


  • Degree holder with 8 years in lighting procurement experience or above and at least with 5 years’ experience in lighting project
  • Strong knowledge of lighting products, quality suppliers and building materials is a must
  • With experience in contractor business and product development with China factory operations background will be an advantage
  • Advanced systems skills and working knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge
  • Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and organizing skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical disciplines both internally and externally
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Occasionally travel to PRC is required
  • Immediate availability is preferable


  • Work closely with customer to understand, define and agree on the project requirements and develop ideas in order to produce a concept design and project proposal
  • Conduct a validation assessment of the proposed design to warrant it will fulfill customer’s requirements before submitting the proposal
  • Liaise with supply sources and ensure on time delivery of products to customers and/or authorized contractors for installation as scheduled
  • Build and maintain relationships with Developers, Engineering Consultants, Architects, Contractors and Designers to explore business opportunities
  • Support the project management team of customer in presenting the technological capabilities
  • Manage change requests
  • Investigate problems and handling queries from customer that may arise from time to time during different stages of project


  • Degree or above in Electronic & Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with over 8 to 10 years of project management and business development experience, at least 4 to 5 years of which specialized in LED & lighting related projects or building materials such as stone cladding
  • Sound engineering knowledge and experience to enable effective appreciation of the environment in which the solution will be required to operate will definitely be a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and have the ability to develop innovative and practical solutions to technical problems
  • Effective listener: good at listening to requirements or problems without bias
  • Good at building rapport with customer in order to achieve a closer working relationship and openness
  • Cost-conscious and have a meticulous approach to quality
  • Excellent communication skills, in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with the technical and non-technical disciplines, both internal and external
  • The role will be based in Hong Kong but may require travelling to China from time to time during weekday (2-3 days/week)
  • More experienced candidate maybe considered for Senior Manager


  • Assist in Supply Chain daily operation for lighting products including supply planning, material management, PO management, invoicing, reporting etc.
  • Coordinate the logistic planning with internal and external parties and ensure on time delivery
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Data entry and monitor for ERP system
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma or above with minimum of 2 years working experience in supply chain field
  • Proficient computer skills, e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent, well-organized and proactive, with strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
