Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Engineering, BA or Marketing
  • 3 to 5 years of Building products sales experience and commercial lighting project is preferred
  • PC knowledge in Microsoft Office is required, excellent skills in making business proposal and presentation material
  • Hardworking, initiative, independent and able to work well under pressure
  • Able to conduct marketing research and reach out for business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of both HK and China construction standard and practice such as fire code, building code, taxation etc.
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills, sense of commercial thinking

  • Willing to travel for BD activities for China Projects

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, manage and administer all procurement of design, construction, fitting out and renovation projects in order to resolve design-related issues in conjunction with architects and consultants
  • Perform layout works, building services, electrical services, BMS, LED façade works, lighting solutions, PABX system, building automation system, cable management system
  • Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements
  • Collect end users’ requirements, coordinate projects’ activities with different parties and monitor projects’ progress
  • Execute contractual terms and conditions and meet target schedule and cost
  • Frequent travel to PRC is required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience; with at least 3 years in E&M projects’ management and supervisory role
  • Ability to supervise projects in different stages from inception to completion
  • Experience in large-scale of tender, cost estimation, technical advice, quality assurance is preferred
  • Holder of professional qualification (i.e. MHKIE / MIMechE / MIET / MCIBSE or equivalent)
  • Holder of Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) Course Certificate run by OSHC (The Occupational Safety and Health Council) or CIC (Construction Industry Council) is an advantage
  • Holder of “Qualified First Aider Certificate”, “Occupational Safety and Health Trainer Certificate”, “Safe Working Cycle Course Certificate” and knowledge in environmental protection is an advantage

Roles:

  • To work closely with customer to understand, define and agree on the project requirements and develop ideas in order to produce a concept design and project proposal
  • To conduct a validation assessment of the proposed design to warrant it will fulfill customer’s requirements before submitting the proposal

  • Advanced systems skills and working knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge
  • Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and organizing skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical disciplines both internally and externally

  • Occasionally travel to PRC is required

  • Responsible for overall site coordination and management including planning, supervising, and monitoring progress of site works
  • Coordinate the site operations between sub-contractors/ suppliers and consultants
  • Monitor site progress with best quality, durability, time frame and cost control within required standards

  • Coordinate the logistic planning with internal and external parties and ensure on time delivery
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Data entry and monitor for ERP system
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with minimum of 2 years working experience in supply chain field
  • Proficient computer skills, e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent, well-organized and proactive, with strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
