Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all contract administration and Q.S. work from pre-contract to post-contract stage
  • Prepare business proposal for tender bid
  • Responsible for Q.S. duties including interim payment application, certifying payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement, cost estimation, subletting and tendering
  • Prepare Sub-Contract tender documents, review contract requirements, evaluate and analyze tenders and prepare subcontract tender reports
  • Prepare and monitor monthly cost reports and budgets as well as final project accounts

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of different sourcing activities for lighting projects
  • Responsible for purchasing through dealing and negotiating with external suppliers for high quality products under cost efficiency
  • Explore and source new potential suppliers to widen the supply base
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners for new product design and identify new improvement ways for product enhancement
  • Analyze procurement needs and develop strategies for procurement and contracting
  • Ensure the technical specifications comply with international and domestic safety and quality standards and meet with customers’ requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5 years in lighting procurement experience or above and at least with 3 years’ experience in project management

  • The role will be based in Hong Kong but may require travelling to China from time to time (3 days/week)
